COACHING

Through this coaching service, my hope is that you feel empowered as you make positive changes in your life. Whatever your current situation or experience is, please believe that recovery and a happy and healthy life are within your reach.

CONSULTING

Providing informational workshops about addiction/recovery to professionals interested in learning more about how addiction may impact those that they serve. Additional support around personal wellness and recovery as a professional.

Identify

Identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that are contributing to unhealthy substance use

Reconnect

Reconnect with qualities within yourself that will support the development of a healthy life, free of substance use.

Strengthen

Strengthen the skills needed to cope with triggering events and emotions in a way that fosters a healthy lifestyle

Services

  • 15 minute consultation via telephone or zoom to provide information regarding coaching package or consulting package.

  • American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Assessment to determine appropriate level of intervention. (60 minutes)

  • ASAM Assessment

    Individual Coaching Sessions

    Coaching Plan with SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timely) goals

    Individualized assignments to meet these goals

    Development of Recovery Sucess Plan

  • Virtual support meetings— 8 per month.

  • Services provided dependent on consumer needs, determined during initial consultation session. Price may vary based on frequency of service provided.

More about your coach & consultant

I am a woman in active recovery. I have lived experience around addiction and have developed a lifestyle of recovery, which I use to provide hope and empower those seeking to improve their own lives. I utilize a strengths based approach, while providing education around substance use disorders and facillitating the development of skills essential for long-term recovery.

I have worked in the field of addiction treatment (outpatient and residential settings), both as a certified substance use disorder counselor and in management roles for the last 10-years and have a Masters Degree in Social Work.
